there are no privilages for the vault, it is personal and noone can see what anyone else has in it. and in order to change the permissions for the base storage racks and tables you have to be the super leader(red circley star) or leader(plain circley star).
I created the SG so I'm the leader.
Check on the vault.
How do I assign privileges for the storage rack then?
Only the 2 top member levels can access them right now.

Click on the storage rack while you're in in base edit mode, go to the "permissions" tab in the info window (should be in the top right hand corner of the screen by default), choose what permissions you want and you're done.

This is correct. If you are either Leader or Superleader - click on the individual bin. There will be a tab titled "Permissions". Click on that and use the little radio buttons to set who can "Put" and who can "Get". They don't hae to be set the same, nor does every bin have to be set the same if you want to reserve a bin or two for your personal use (just don't set anyone else up as Leader).
