I'd be surprised if it wasn't live by the end of the month, but remember, the beginning of beta was the beginning of what had been Closed beta, so process is taking longer than the typical time from the beginning of Open beta to Live.

Also, the Dom changes were not originally scheduled to be in I15, so that probably added a bit onto the timetable for Beta testing.

seems an awfully long beta time for such a small issue is all.
