Co-Op Zones
I like the idea of Co-Op. I like it a lot, really. But sadly, the developers have placed the arbitrary limit of level 35 for consistent Co-Op teaming. Chimerora and the RWZ both require level 35 to enter, and thus team with enemies.
Pocket D is a 'special case', as the missions there are seasonal, and teaming there provides no benefit otherwise. Of course, I would be completely sedated on the topic if they introduced the AE to Pocket D, but that's just me.
I can, for the most part see the reasoning for limiting it by level. Level 35 is when the truly "World Threatening" kind of things happen. Things that would defeat and destroy both Heroes and Villains equally, so teaming up would be required. Before then, it's mostly "small time" stuff.
I'm not a fan of using current Hazard Zones as revamped Co-Op zones, unless there is a really, really good reason to do so. After all, the Rikti trying to destroy us seems to be a good enough reason, but the feud between the Skulls and the Hellions? The Igneus (sp?)? Or the decaying ruins of some buildings already overrun by criminals? None of those really strike me as something to bring Good and Evil together against a common foe.
The way it was explained to me...and I agree, was:
Below level 35 you are still absolutely convinced that anyone on the other side is your sworn enemy. Even at level 35 and higher it takes something of world shaking importance to cause heroes and villains to (grudgingly) work together.
In the RWZ heroes and villains are cooperating to try and remove the threat of the Rikti from the world. The reasons differ from hero to villain, but the goal is the same. A hero is just trying to protect the world he lives in. A villain realizes that if the Rikti dominate or destroy the world then they can't do it.
Cimerora is a case where an enemy group is attempting to rewrite history by going back and giving an enemy power far beyond anything possessed by his contemporaries. Heroes and villians work together here with the understanding that if this threat isn't eliminated they may ALL cease to exist altogether.
It takes a monumental threat for heroes and villains to set aside their differences and fight a common enemy. Beating up Outcasts doesn't qualify as much of a challenge, let alone a world-endangering threat.

Absolutely *not* to converting heroside zones into coop zones.
And Not really fond of more coop zones in general. Redside needs some more, Red-specific zones, contacts and content.

I could live with maybe ONE more co-op zone.
Only on the condition that it have one HELL of a story behind it.
If it's just a co-op zone for the sake of a co-op zone then no thanks.

No thanks to more co-op zones. There will never be a co-op zone that's either genuinely balanced between Heroes and Villains or one that's as villain-biased as the two current ones are already hero-biased. My villains and I have had quite enough of following heroes around on their content pretending they care about saving the world.

Create more lower lvl co-op zones. Maybe turn certain Red Zones, e.g., Perez Park, Hollows, and Boomtown, in to co-op zones.
