I have a similar build but I want to fit in Stealth...I know I cant drop Fitness so what do I drop to fit in stealth?
Leaping (CJ and SJ)
Speed (Hasten and SS)
Leadership (Assault and Tactics)
Slot a stealth IO in a travel power and call it a day. Not worth dipping into the Concealment pool unless you take Phase.

yeah cause hero stealth cap isnt that high. Even if you have stealth people will still see you.
Stealth IO all the way if you really want it.
i would rather have the kb protection and more run and jump speed.
I already have stealth IO, just seemed like ALOT of vills don't have much percecption these days, seemed like a worthwhile investment. Ah oh well still plays well enough w/o it.

If I was gonig to slot gaussin in anything it would be aim or bu. I prefer it in bu so on the rare chance its not retarded and actually procs it will be hit less by dr. I have been only 4 slotting gaus in aim with the 3 rech pieces and the proc. It really doesn't drop the rech off that much (about 4 seconds) still gives set decent set bonuses and you get a chance of the proc actually being useful when/if it does proc.

My build focused on RANGED DEF. As I plan on fighting from RANGE, not Melee.
You can build for as much +def as you want thanks to dr though its going to cap at about 20% though. Anything over 17 or so is really hammered and a huge waste. The key stuff to build for is +rech +dam and make sure you have your hp capped. Those will help you more than anything else in pvp.

Hmmm. I see I see. I really didn't see that even ranged def got DRed and limited to 20%. Thanks for the info. Might have to adjust the build a bit.
What about speed how important is that for a blaster in arena pvp and how do u suggest slotting it?
i have 2 full sets of zephyrs on my toons, it gives nice bonuses, caped jump and run speed (what is really needed nowdays) and KB prot..just personal opinion though...
Me personally I used the leadership/ice mastery build. But I do so because I don't have accolades to cap my HP. If you do have caped HP and are on a team with a healer "like you should be". Then I would say going with a phase, force mastery wouldn't be bad. I see them on test, how ever the healer they have on there teams are very skilled.
I like having Hoarfrost when i have capped HP. I use it like one huge heal. It really works good on stalkers who think im afk then they AS me then i hit Hoarfrost and proceed to do away with them.
But like i mentioned before phase isnt a bad thing either, its all on playstyle.
im bout to replace most of these with pvp io's though.
