WP enhancement slotting

I'm wondering how many slots the various WP toggles/passives should have open for io sets. Before sets I would've leaned towards 3 for passives, 4 for toggles. But I'm not sure what set bonuses I want to take advantage of, and thus, what powers I should fully slot vs only three slotting.

IW many people just put an end redux in that one and call it a day. That is your mez protection but also give Psi defense. All other toggles I normally 4 slot with 1 end and 3 resist or def depending on the toggle.

HPT I normally 4 slot with 3 heals and 1 damage resist. The damage resist is replaced with the steadfast unique once I can afford it.

RttC 4 slots, end and 3 heal.

Personally I also take tough and weave. This makes for a pretty tight build that only allows for 6 attacks at most to be fully slotted.

I'd generally only put 1 - 2 slots into IW on a scrapper. Having any Psionic defense is itself somewhat unusual among the several defensive sets.

It's also a good place to stick Luck of the Gambler, which generally I do not use unless they drop for me. 2 of them buy you a regeneration buff, which may have a good enough benefit to justify the cost of ownership.

Ahh yes LotG. 4 slot those bad boys. +Regen +HP and +Accuracy. Nothing wasted like having to get extra mez protection for extra HP or something.

I have this obsession with hitting the HP cap with all my WP alts (not much luck with the brutes though). I normaly 6 slot HPT with 3 numinas and 3 titanium coatings. 4 slot MOB with 3 titaniums and one res/def IO. IW with lotg. You get the idea. The only place I end up hurting at is no soft cap def. But I hardly have any survival issues. Haven't tried AV soloing, though.

My thinking runs very much in line with HelinCarnate's above, unless I am trying to do something specific.
