Beggers can't be choosers. It is difficult enough to create a team these days. If you dont have a full team in like 5 mins, ppl will start quitting. Once a person quits, it usually causes a chain reaction and you start from scratch again. In my experience, the faster the team forms, the better chance it has to stay together. Since I love to team, blind invites cant come soon enough.

[/ QUOTE ] Then don't stand in one place trying to find the last three people to fill out your team while making your other four players twiddle their thumbs. Go ahead and start with five people and recruit more as you go.
FYI, that is a general statement not directed at your personally.
If I don't want to team, whether I'm at Icon, at the market, working on my base, I will generally set the "Not accepting invites" .
It's usually on "Not looking for a team", which to me means, I am not actively looking for a team, doesn't mean I will not accept invites, hence the whole "Please send tell first" in comments.
