Personal Hideouts or Lairs

Yes, it is. You have to have at least ONE friend in the game who can make a mule character right? Get yourself to level 10, start your SG.

Invite them to it, and switch out your characters, having them boost them into the group and change their rank if needed. Then, they either stay in the sg if you trust em, or leave if you request it - bingo, you have a 1-person SG.

Actually I meant the coalition part. But I imagine it also requires a second person.

/signed for this.

As for the other responses - no, I dont want to form a 1 man SG to do this. Tried it once & frankly the rooms are too massive - I'd like a regular apartment sized room(or rooms).

And what if you want your own personal space, and are already in a SG?

Being able to have a seperate personal space while being a member of an SG would be nice.

Yes, a friend or a second account.

I have a villain SG that used to have 8 solo sg's in coalition. Each one except the main was built on 300k from the membership bonus and was designed around different themes that when combined in coalition made a nice large base. I left 1 alt as leader of each base.

When the devs changed the rent, and other base changes after I13 I was able to combine all the ideas of the bases together and reduce the number of bases in coalition to three. I didn't see the need to get rid of the two teleport bases.

I might sell them off or give them away in the future. I haven't decided yet.

I know what my project for the week will be. I'm actually losing prestige because I've got 30+ alts in a single SG. If I can make a second SG and throw 15 alts into that one I'll reap the prestige bonuses from the 1st 15 members. Then I can have more TP's to random hazard zones...

Sorry, I think I was thinking out loud just now...

That was also thinking out loud...

And that...

There's nothing wrong with that logic. You'll get the benefit of the teleporters, while you save up prestige to expand your main base. If it's a villain base you only need two extra SG's to get the 8 beacons for the redside zones. Hero SG's just require deciding which zones are important to you.

Mine usually are hubs which you can get to other hubs or generally be involved with important things: Talos, Kings Row, Atlas and Peregrine. Because of the placement of tp beacons some are better than others.

Man we're lazy.

I used Ouroboros as a reference of what I might need for TP beacons. Came up with Hollows (for those fun lowbie arcs), Faultline (for those fun 20ish arcs), Eden (Hami Raids), and Steel Canyon (TP right next to green line). I let Ouroboros take care of the rest.

Lazy? ...you could say that. Although I prefer to call it "maximizing time efficiency vs. heroic deeds."

Hero side I also plan around hubs, then favorite zones. Villain side I just put them in order by level.
