summon mistress epic power, chance for +rech?

i see in the summon mistress power from the ghost widow patron for coruptors, u can slot kb sets. just wanted to see if the force feedback chance for +rech would work and if so, how ? would it give a chance to fire off only when i summoned her or for every badie she attacks?

It's useless, i think... Pretty sure it affects the pet, which no longer can benefit from recharge bonuses.

i figured that. i have that recipe in footstomp on an alt and i love it since it gives u a chance to fire off for every badie it hits.
