That's a great idea.
Where are going to post it, here? On the forums?
You don't see, maybe... uhh... a slight problem with that?

Already halfway done. Planning on posting it to Google docs, if I can figure that out, and in the Guides section. I think his intention was for people on the forums to be able to direct others to it, whether it be here, online, or direct pasted into an email. I can post the pieces I have done here for review.
How To Level Up & Get More Powers
In nearly every zone, there is a trainer. This trainer is marked by a white icon with a green person inside it. Villain side, this is a faceless, though named, Arbiter. Hero side, it is a named Hero from game lore. When you activate a Trainer by clicking on them, a dialogue window appears. This window displays a greeting, available levels, your current experience, experience needed for next level, and various topics of interest or opportunities based on your level. If you have available levels to train, you will be able to select that option. That option will immediately open your power selection screen, similar to the window you used to choose your first powers, or what you see when you go to Enhancements->Manage.
It will open in one of two ways. If you are at a power selection level, you will be able to see all current and future powers. Those that are highlighted are available to you. Those that are greyed out are not yet available, due to level restrictions, or in the case of pool powers and epic powers, other power selections from within that pool that have not been taken previously. You must select a power, and hit Next to exit the screen. Optionally, if you are not ready to pick, you can also hit Back. Note that especially for pool powers, that take you to additional screens, you must make sure that after selecting the power and returning to the previous screen, that that power shows up as highlighted before you hit next. It is possible to browse through powers, believe you clicked the right one, and without making sure, click Next and be stuck with a power you didnt intend.
The other way it will open is if you are at a slot acquisition level. The only powers you will see are the ones you have that are slottable (veteran powers, temporary powers, accolade powers, for example, are not slottable). You must assign slots to one of those powers and hit Next to exit. Optionally, if you are not ready to pick, you can also hit Back. The pop-up tool tips will tell you what Enhancements types and what set types can be slotted into that specific power. Not all powers can be slotted for the same things, so be thorough.
A Trainer will suggest you visit a specific tailor at levels 20, 30, and 40 to unlock additional costume slots. You will have to run a single mission for that tailor, which consists of defeating a certain enemy type, usually to convince them to leave the tailor alone. At that point, the costume slot will unlock.
A Trainer will also give you the option at levels 15, 25 and 35 to change the descriptive titles that appear above your character name. At 50, you may do this ad infinitum at any Trainer.
Trainers also have a list of pre-generated topics that they are willing to discuss with you. Topics like Inventions, leveling, etc.
How To Get To Other Zones
Travel in CoX is a breeze compared to most games. At the most fundamental, there is the Tram system hero side and the Ferry/Helicopter Line red side. Anyone can use these. All you have to do is survive the journey to and from. Click to interface, and a selection screen will appear, and you can click your destination. Some, like the Ferry system, have a walk up system, where you enter the ferry and the screen pops up. Note that for the Tram system, the part of the station you exit from is not the same as the one you depart from. You have to run around to the central part of the terminal if you wish to travel again.
Similar in function, there are what Ill call transitive zones: Ouroboros, Pocket D, and the Rikti War Zone. These zones will allow you swift access to a number of other zones, with a minimal amount of travel within them. In Ouroboros and RWZ, its a matter of turning around and clicking the portal you just came through. Pocket D, you have to run a short ways to the hub through the elevator. From there, there are several exits that will have an attendant who will tell you which door goes where.
At low levels, you might rely on Sprint (or any of the Prestige Sprints) to get around more quickly. The auto pool powers in Fitness, Swift and Hurdle, also help slightly without costing any endurance.
There are Temporary powers that can be won from a successful Mayhem/Safeguard mission that last for 2 hours of total usage.
Then there are the actual Travel power pools: Fly, Super Jump, Super Speed, and Teleport. Each has a utility/defensive power as a prerequisite at level 6, and the main travel is available at level 14. The Travel powers are relatively costly on Endurance, with the assumption that you will not be using them in combat. To reinforce this point, the powers will suppress if you attack: you will slow down to regular speed for a short time (3 seconds or so). This was put in place to prevent jousting the enemy: moving in at high speed with an attack queued, hitting them, and being out of range before they could retaliate. The suppression prevents you from escaping at high speed after an attack.
From there, the options expand almost geometrically. There are base teleporters if you are part of an SG/VG. There are character specific teleportation options, such as the base Teleporter veteran award, the Wentworths teleporter Day Job power, and something like half a dozen more as of this writing.
