Mission Architect TF mode -> Ouroboros TF mode
ouro is for flashback missions. not for new toons to go through the content. it was put in for people to go back to arc's they might have missed running regular missions and out leveled the contact(s) for a certain range.
/unsigned.
So? I'm not suggesting that characters are able to *start* flashbacks above their range - but that those who *are* flashbacking have the ability to bring along sidekicks just as they're able to bring them along on non-flashback arcs.
/unsigned.
I would rather see AE run more like ouro. 5 level blocks, unable to auto sk up, and can't add people after it starts.
This would curb power level farming. It would allow user created mission to be level specific. Often a mission made for a level 20 balance is too easy scaled up, and a mission made for a level 45+ balance can't be scaled down.
By not allowing people to be added it would fix the can't enter mission bug or seperate map bug. In addition to speed up play by not having to wait for the leader to find more peeps.
I much rather see both Oro and MA, if PLg is the issue, to auto level to the highest member of the group; that will end PLg proper.
But truthfully, the whole idea of "Sk" is to let your friends play with you, why not have your friend auto sk to your level? It would be much more convenient all together.

Given the implementation if the quasi-taskforce mode for Mission Architect, perhaps the same should be ported into the Ouroboros flashbacks. They seem to be fairly unpopular, usually only ran for the badges, and the main reason I hear for it is the punishingly narrow level range for each flashback. Thus, allowing the non-leader teammates to be automatically elevated to the lowest available level or simply sidekicked by teammates who are in the appropriate range might make Ouroboros more of a mission zone and not merely a shortcut hub.
