Battle Maiden spawned for 8 is a good choice for a S/L softcapped Fire/Kin (Seismic Smash makes short work of the bosses), but you could also do Freakshow spawned for 6. They deal mostly smash/lethal damage and if you're at the softcap you'll do a good job of avoiding most of the mezzing they like to toss around.

Freakshow would be my choice.
I'd say the Battle Maiden mish given by Maria as well. You'll be able to handle them fine AND they offer more xp per kill than Freaks.

I think I'm going to look for a Freak mission with mine. I have both a Battle Maiden and a Bobcat AE mission that I farm for tickets and XP. I like variety, so for a chance at purples, I think I'll go with Freaks.
Of course, she's only 41 so far, and her defenses aren't quite in place yet, but she does well so far, and that's my plan. I duo with my husband's Archery/MM blaster and things just melt.
I don't understand why nobody farms Council Empire anymore. Set to 8, the only mezzes come from the occasional jump kick.
I like Council, and actually farmed them primarily before deciding to unlock the Praetorians. The nicely packed groups they usually come in are quite fun. It was a pain before getting a steadfast -KB, though. But then again, so was BM. Okay, you've made me change my mind. I'll try Council instead of Freaks for our non AE farming, if I can find a good mission/map. Or better yet, maybe both. LOL, I like variety, as I said.
