Brute or Tank?
[ QUOTE ]
3 slotted TI, Uny, Tough + 1 slotted RPD = 90% s/l res for a Tank. (That's taking a bit less than half the damage you take now.)
DP +11% maxhp (Accolades can give +20%) = 3212, hp cap for a Tank.
[edit: Tankers also have a lot more defense than Brutes do, so it's much easier to get them to high levels of defense - even with just 1 mob in range.]

That puts alot into perspective. Thanks for the time to reply.
I got my Brute nearly done but my calculations were off on my S/L Res.
79.25% S/L Res
And I got my Invader, Born in Battle, and High Pain done in the last 3 days so now I'm at...
3,101maxhp w/ Dull Pain
I have one more set bonus which I'm guessin' will put me at about 3,125maxhp.

Thanks for the feedback. It really isn't about Tank v. Brute, but which would be more satisfying as a damage dealer. I have to tell you, I hate Fury. Forever to build up, instantly cools, but oh well.
I'll tell you what though, if the devs ever make SS a Scrapper set, they'll have me for life (Guys? You reading this? ).

Fury doesn't take that long to build up... all you have to do is jump into the spawn first and bam, instant 90 fury.

It tends to be a lot slower at lower levels where the combination of few defences and high endurance usage greatly limit how much Fury you can gather. That's probably where his opinion comes from.
