I can't help if you two don't know when to jump. Just kidding. Seriously though, I haven't had an issue with sprinting stunned mobs for at least a year.

Trans, maybe you can make a demo of video of what you mean. I tested it a few times this morning. I see absolutely no effect between CoD and OG.

I like fear. Mostly due to lower end requirements (alot les healing needed) but also alot due to liking the multi floating skulls

Great for damage mitigation as even those not feared are hit with nasty -acc

Also, never looked this up but always assumed the cloak stacked with touch for some nasty uber fear for the big guys

ToF + CoF do stack.

TY for this confirmation

I was pretty sure they did by the look of fear in my enemies eyes.

CoF also stacks nicely with Intimidate or Invoke Panic... I have a concept Claws/Dark with the Presence pool.

Not saying the Presence pool is spectacular or anything, but it's fun yelling at things. Kind of a scrap/tank/troller build, not as good at any of those things as a specialist, but can Fear a whole spawn, or taunt to hold aggro as needed.

I run OG on both my /da's in fact I do not even have TOF any more on my dm/da I got to the point where it was just irrelevant and effected my damage so I just skipped it and concentrated on hitting things and causing damage.

Now I no longer play them just two many 50's

Okies, I did a demo using demorecord. You need to bear with me. What is the easiest method and place to upload it.

I put mine up as a text document in google documents. Anyone wishing to watch it can past it on note pad. Drop the note pad document on your demoplayer and viola.

I have the Presence Pool with my DB/Dark and combined with COF Invoke Panic and Intimidate are great for fear mobs.

Last time I tried it I was so under whelmed

When I was deciding on a new dm/da build I ran about 6 different builds over and over through the same mission to gage them vs each other.

I had cof/tof and the presence pool and the dark epic hold gaze lets say it was unspectacular .

Just to let you know from my experience but then you may enjoy it good luck with it

Invoke Panic really should be better. Invoke Panic, with 6 slots, is almost as good as Fearsome Stare, with just the base slot. Except for the part where Fearsome Stare is mag 3, and also carries a huge ToHit debuff.

It's fun, but as a fourth power in the pool, it's pretty crippled in every way possible. Not recommended for pure effectiveness.
