Narrowed it down...I think.
You can't really go too wrong with anything paired with /Nin. But I would stay away from Electric Armor on a Stalker or anything resistance based. /SR is good too but tends to be a much tighter build than /Nin.
I've tried Dual Blades on a Brute but not a Stalker, not sure I can recommend it. If you want a blade, I would choose Ninja Blade; just keep in mind it's all lethal damage. EM is fine and so is Electric (but much more AOE-oriented) as a primary. DM will give you great single target damage and mitigation.
Good luck!

Sums it up rather nicely.
"the reason there are so many sarcastic pvpers is we already had a better version of pvp taken away from us to appease bad players. Back then we chuckled at how bad players came here and whined. If we knew that was the actual voice devs would listen to instead of informed, educated players we probably would have been bigger dicks back then." -ConFlict
A little info on stalker DB: it's a pretty good set all around, and you can do some crazy things with it. If you have a ton of global recharge coupled with haste you can generally spam any combo whenever you need it. Stalkers are the only AT with dual blades that doesn't get blinding feint (they get buildup instead). A few perks to stalker DBs:
- Attack vitals is spammable and adds nice dot damage to your attack chain
- From hidden status, buildup + 1k cuts can dish out massive damage. 1k cuts has a huge cone too (90 degrees and 10' long) so it's not too tough to catch a lot of mobs with it.
- Against a lethal-resistant boss you can (if you have the rech to employ it) use this combo: BU + AS + placate + AS. The first 3 of these enable the empower combo, and the second AS will benefit from both BU and empower for a serious amount of damage.
Still learning new tricks on my 50 DB stalker, but there seems to be a lot of ways to play one. Hope this helps a bit with answering some of your questions.
Alright, I'm ruling out the elec/elec. Right now, I am trying to decide between Ninja Blade and Energy Melee for Primaries, and Ninjitsu and Super Reflexes as Secondaries.
Energy's damage output looks to be spectacular, while Ninja provides a bit more AoE options and possible secondary effects (buff/debuffs). I am torn there, and am wondering fi anyone who has taken either/both of these sets to the upper levels can give some input to how they play.
As for secondaries, I really like the Super Reflexes powerset, but there looks to be too many good powers, and therefore would lead to a tight build, whereas with Ninjitsu, I can see two or three powers that I could end up skipping without any hindrance to performance. Same as with the primaries, if anyone has any info to how these two play in the upper levels (specifically Super Reflexes, with its range of Auto and Toggle powers), I would love to hear about it.
Thanks for all the help so far!

I've done EM/Nin, Nin/Nin, Spine/SR, Elec/SR, Elec/Nin all to 50. Between all of those, my Nin/Nin was probably the most fun to play. It was a loose build, good damage, and had style along with great synergy. /SR builds are tighter, but also easier to soft-cap with fewer IO's, if that's what you want to do.

Hey all. I decided to roll a villain, and having very little experience Red Side, and after getting advice from numerous people, I have decided that the Stalker is the way to go. I have a couple of combinations I want to try, but I was just wondering if anyone had any immediate feedback on them before I spent time rolling and re-rolling each one. They are listed below:
Dual Blades / Ninjitsu
Elec Melee / Elec Armor OR Super Reflexes
Energy Melee / Super Reflexes
Any feed back is welcome, thanks!
