Drop Decieve.. Its much less effectivein pvp now. Spectral Terror still has its uses.

This can be good if you hide under the Terror. People running away from you if you're low health/end or otherwise need a minute to recoup.

So what exactly does Deceive do now in PvP?
The same thing it always did, it just doesnt last as long.
I am new to the pvp scene.
What exactly does fear and deceive do in pvp? These both seem like pure pve abilities.
If Im not mistaken Terrorized means that you cannot attack others unless they attack you and deceive is confuse which means if you attack you can attack friendly targets if your not careful.

meh on spectral terror since it is a stationary fear. The purples for confuse are cheap and give excellent bonuses...if it is an ill storm though you really only want the dmg powers and as much storm stuff as you can fit.
I started an Illusion/Storm about two weeks ago and I am loving him so far (just hit 36). I am starting to think about pvp, but unlike other controllers, I want to keep most of my primary abilities for pvp.
Basically I am trying to make room for Aid Self in the build. The main ability I am thinking of dropping for pvp is Spectral Terror. I just don't imagine this being highly effective in pvp since it is a pbaoe summon people will just run away from him.
The other ability I am not sure how good it is in pvp is Deceive, but this is mainly because I don't really know what it actually does in pvp
Any help would be appreciated.
