Ugh I am so tired of hearing people getting PvP IOs I haven't gotten a single drop.

So thats where my IO went... lol... i am not a pvper at all but went into the area with a friend who is and who wanted to try to get some drops.
We must have been in there for 8 hours off and on and we got nada.
Well we did get in lots of laughs and I guess that counts for something

yes we were in fact we were the exact same level.
Maybe I should be happy then. Over the last week, I was able to get 5 PVP IOs. But on the same token, I have never gotten a purple drop and I've done my share of farming.

So a 50 and a 47 would work right?
I just got the Shield Wall +Res Unique and a Glad Strike Dam/Rch in one 30 minute session today so PVP definitely still pays to play.
So I used to be into PvP before all the awful changes. During my playtime over the last few issues I ended up leveling up a bunch of new toons instead of spending time doing my PvP thing. So this weekend I wondered how my new toons would do in the new PvP so I loaded up a few accounts and went to the arena to check out defenses/resists/damage output/etc.
So here I am in the arena doing dive bomb attacks to see how much damage I can crank out during my BU or Aim +attack cycle my alt gets defeated and poof I got a Javelin quad. So I realize I better swap to my alt just incase while my 10 minute no PvP IO timer was on. Next thing I know I have gotten into the same thing with my villain when bam another PvP IO. A panacea triple I believe. So i popped out of the arena, swapped to some new toons and went back in to see how well a few more would do. I ran a total of 8 arena matches jumping around testing out my toons and came away with 930 milllion hero cash (got lucky with a panacea chance for +hp/+end) and 210 mil villainside.
Only during 1 match did I not recieve any IOs. I recieved at least 1 IO for each 30 minute match with 2 matches getting me a seperate IO for both my hero and my villain.
It was a good weekend on the market for my 4 hours of work
