Best single IO to recover End after Rage crash?

If I had one slot to move around on my Inv/SS Tanker, and wanted to try to improve my endurance situation, would I be better off to add a Performance Shifter Chance for +end proc, or a Miracle unique?

I already have the Numina unique running.

I think it must be the Rage crash that's hurting recovery in long fights.

Base Recovery is 100% End in 60 seconds, or 100%/60s = 1.67 %/s.

The Miracle proc gives a 15% Recovery bonus, which gives you an increase of 15%*1.67%/s = 0.25%/s (with 100 MaxEnd, 0.25 End/s)

When slotted into a passive or toggle, the Performance Shifter proc gives you a 20% chance for 10 End every 10 seconds. This gives you an average Endurance gain of 20%*10/10 = 0.2 End/s.

So, on average the Miracle proc will give you more Endurance recovery.
The Miracle proc will also give you more End/s if you have Accolades or set bonuses that increase your Max Endurance. For instance, if you have 110 MaxEnd, the Miracle proc will give you an effective 0.275 End/s.

Other differences is that the Performance Shifter proc is obviously more random, while the Miracle proc is more predictable. If you're under *heavy* Recovery buffs the effect of Miracle can be negated, while the Performance Shifter will still help you.

If cost is not an issue, I personally generally prefer the Miracle.

PS: +End is 20% chance for +10 end every 10s
Miracle: +Rec is +15% recovery, which is 0.2466... end/s

It's also worth noting that the PS proc will give you more endurance at one time; each recovery tick givevs you 5% of your total, while PS gives you a flat 10.

Why choose between the two? Both together is even better than just one. :-)

I just need the Miracle for my El/WP Brute, and I'll have all four (two Perf Shifters). What End Problems? ;-)

The other thing to note is that if you 4 slot the Performance shifter set in stamina, you are also getting the 2.5% recovery bonus.

Also in terms of cost, miracle will probably cost more.

An important thing to note: factored out over time, the Performance Shifter proc works out to about 12% extra recovery, which is slightly higher than the 10% offered by the Numina unique and a bit lower than the 15% offered by the Miracle unique - so in terms of cost it's very worthwhile. I picked up a few of the +end procs heroside for very cheap when the "Meow" craze was at its peak. However keep in mind that the +end proc is not as reliable as a steady +recovery buff would be.

The chance for +End is also not affected by Recovery debuffs. It can give you back a bit of juice after a Sapper or Dark Ring Mistress has zapped you.

I just got one of the Chance for +End recipes as a drop. I didn't originally have it in my build, but now I'm thinking of putting it in. In order to do this, I would have to move some slots around, and remove two pieces that would give a 2% recovery bonus. Overall, it would take me from a 37% bonus to a 35% bonus. So do you think it's worth it to swap in the PS proc, or would it be better to stick with what I already have?
