Reinstalled CoH and can't log in.

Well, normally I would suspect that you are using the wrong ID/password (NCSoft account instead or forum account instead of the game account) but not being able to use your own? No idea. Maybe a key is bad? Did you try typing the password into the user name box just to make sure it's typing out correctly?
US accounts will not work at all on the UK client.
Since neither account works, I'm guessing you accidentally downloaded the wrong one.
Make sure the US client is the one you installed.

And the way to tell this is the US client programs will be named cityofheroes.exe and cohupdater.exe while the Euro versions will be named Cityofheroes.eu.exe and cohupdater.eu.exe

Just installed CoH/V on my brother's PC so he could play the trial. Well he can't log in to the game, said it was an incorrect password, we've reset the password three times to try and get it to log in to no avail. I tried logging in on my account and it also told me my password was incorrect. We dont have caps lock on so we're really confused at this. Any idea what's wrong?
