What level will we need to be?

Edit: I'm still new so I don't have one, but I'm curious to why there are no Night Widows allowed.

Simply put, they're overpowered times infinity.

The Night Widow glads behave exactly like their actual NPC counterparts in any arachnos mission. They've got smoke grenade, and they are damn sure not afraid to use it. Since there is a distinct lack of perception in the available gladiators, a person with NWs on their team has a very large advantage over a person without NWs on the team.

For example, you mention you don't have one. Say I, who does have them, met you in gladiator battle. I charge in with my Night Widows, they all use smoke grenades, you can't see squat. Your glads get killed one at a time, and your glads can't defend themselves b/c they can't see. You lose, I win. Not exactly the funnest 5 minute glad battle ever.

There is NO level requirement to this. You can be a level one, and as long as you have gladiators, you are in!!! Just make sure to earn some of them before hand (by getting different badges). Thanks DC for the very complete answer about night widows.

Yes this entire event is about gladiators. I will also host one level 5 free for all and a level 50 free for all afterwards.

I participated in my first Gladiator matches today (and technically my first Arena matches in any capacity) and I must say that they are quite interesting. I think I have most of the Gladiators I want to use save a few specific ones.

Reminder bump for Saturday

This is tonight!!! Remember 6 (3 types) gladiator matches and then 2 normal pvp matches! You do not need to be a nature level 5 to enter the level 5 free for all, exemplaring is okay.

Quite fun and I think I discovered a useful team gladiator tactic (after the matches, lol). A rather large number of Blasters but that's okay, you'll be dominated in the future.
