You're not modifying your client, you're adding a text file that is used in lieu of the text file embedded in the pigg files. It's not any different than downloading maps from vidiotmaps or using the splasher screen thingy to replace your tailor screen backgrounds.

I have the videomap thingy, but that was kind of 'installed' so I didn't have to do anything and I didn't know you could change background. hm interesting

The splasher thing looks very cool. I'll definately give that a try.

As for the quick chat thing, that looks a little more complicated. I'll have to see if I can do it without permanently breaking something o.O

I'm pretty much 90% satisfied with City of Heroes, and thus hardly ever post in the forums. Especially on the complainy parts. Why would I? I've got nothing to complain about?

i too am content with the game, the only time I post on the forums is when i think "hey you know what would be cool in the game? 'what do you guys think"'
but as for the game keep up the good work devs :P

I'd love to see a couple of 'dead' emotes too!

One especially where I can play possum and be already laying down dead in PVP (sure they would see I'm at 100% health) but it would be fun for me (I goof off like that).

Another where I can do the southern belle faint thingy (mentioned above).

Also, I'd love the classic loony toons/bugs bunny thing where I can lay on my back holding a white daisy.

These will also come in very useful for those that like to use the demo record/video editing thingy. (fraps or w/e it is).
