I'm not super well versed with Corruptors, but here are some things I'd consider changing:

*) Accelerate Metabolism - I'd put some end mods in here if you can. It really does make a huge difference keeping your pace up throughrout missions. You don't need 3, but 1-2 helps. (You could steal a slot from Health/Stealth. This may be superfluous after Power Sink, but that's not till 47.)

*) Radiation Infection / Enervating Field - Just so you know, EF costs twice as much as RI does. If you're going to put 3 end reducs in a toggle, EF is where it should be.

*) Lingering Radiation - I'd prioritize recharge before slows. (Slow enhancers only boost the movement slow, not the recharge slow.) It's not a terrible idea, but not what I'd aim for first.

*) Choking Cloud - I'd probably skip this for a few reasons. First, AR is a cone heavy set, but CC is a pbaoe. This means you couldn't really leverage your cones while trying to keep the mob held. Second, it's weaker on Corrs than other ATs (Controllers/Defenders). That said, you don't have any aoe control, so it could be useful. If you do keep it, slot it with end reduc / hold, drop the recharge enhancers.

*) Full Auto - Only 5 slots? Heresy!

*) EM Pulse - Don't bother with the end mod here; the end drain is very minor. If you want to slot it for something else, make it recharge.

*) Power Sink - I'd put more recharge into this than end mod. It's possible to get a full tank of end off 4 enemies without end mod slotting. On the other hand, end mod slotting works great against single hard targets... but you would have AM backing you up most of the time anyways.

*) Invisibility - Don't bother slotting it for defense. Remember, you can't attack while it's up. The stealth component on it doesn't surpress anyways, so trying to avoid a stray hit is useless.

I have an AR/Rad at 50, currently my favorite corr. So a few tips

(Radiant Aura) Cost a lot of endurance and recharge aint all to great even with AM/Haste. I've also gone with the thought healing quicker for 100 each is better. Rather than healing for 150 in twice the amount of time.

(Radiation Infection) switch out a -tohit for a -res proc, will help you level quicker.

(M30) Another endurance drainer, switch out a damage for an endurance redux.

(AM) 3rech, 3endmods, anything less and you're gimping yourself.

(Stamina) I understand its a lvling builds but try to shove a +end proc in anyway. It will help a ton.

(Lingering Radiation) Slot for acc/rech, the -regen is worth way more than the slow. Better to have it up as much as possible

(Choking Cloud) IMO not good for this mix for these reasons. Tons of AoEs so ranged works best for maximum coverage. Cost a load of endurance to maintain. Huge aggro magnet and AR doesn't provide any damage mitigation

(FullAuto) More Recharge plz.

(EMP) More recharge

(Powersink) More recharge, even one target hit gives you a lot of endurance.

(Charged Armor) 2res, 2endredux

I have an IO'd build if you wanna see it just ask. FullAuto every 20 seconds

Thank you! Working in the changes! One more question. Both of you recommend against choking cloud with good reasoning. What would you replace for it? I mostly took it because I don't know what to take in it's stead.

Needs more Buckshot. I'd even suggest switching out M30 for it if you've got nowhere else to put it. M30 has twice the recharge time for the same damage and its higher target cap isn't something you'll exploit very often. Longer range is nice, but you need to be in closer for Flamethrower anyway, so Buckshot isn't hurting you there. Both of them have 50% knockback, so they'll cause some unwanted spread which is bad for your toggle debuffs. Buckshot's KB mag is *much* lower however. Fast animation too. Best DPA AoE attack in the set, actually.

Rad Infection has too many endrdx. One is enough. You may hear otherwise on these forums, but do the math.

RI with:

1 SO endrdx: 0.39 eps
2 SO endrdx: 0.31 eps
3 SO endrdx: 0.27 eps

Even that second endrdx is only saving you a whopping 0.08eps over slotting a single. Very few toggles in the game deserve 3 endrdx, and even Enervating Field and Choking Cloud aren't among them. A typical attack uses 0.8 to 1.0 eps if used as often as it is available and that gets *worse* as you load up on global recharge from IOs and... from AM and Hasten. AM does give a little back but the recharge boost eats some of that. If you ever have extra room for endrdx in your build, ALWAYS look at your attacks first, if there is any room left there.

Also, given all the -tohit you've loaded up RI with, consider Black Scorpion for his defense-based shield. You also get access to Web Envelope, which is sweet to use with Ignite later on. Something to think about anyway. After you drop Concealment pool, consider Leadership. Assault+Tactics or Maneuvers+Tactics. AR lacks Aim, so when you need to hit a defensive enemy, Tactics helps a lot. It can also be six-slotted for a nice boost to Def(ALL) with Gaussian's set.
