Player levels

In the team window it would be nice to see all team members levels easily instead of having to hit info on each one. Or perhaps show a team player's name in red if they are too high or too low in relation to the group.

Purple color for players who are +5 to you, Red color for players who are -5 to you, problem solved. The moment you see a Purple nametag, you know you won't get proper XP w/o SK or XMP, and the same player whose nametag is purple to you, will see you wearing a red nametag. This will let people be aware of SK/XMP requirements before entering a mission, all you'd need to do is take a look at the team-window.

I believe that a Kheldian Gold Standard should be based on SO's, and for anything above that... there's Platinum!

You don't have to hit info on them now, as their levels show up in the target window (unless of course they're too far away or in another zone - in which case you can't get the info either, just a /search on them).

As long as it was an option I could turn off, I'd be okay with this.

I could definitely get behind a "Player Con" system. Only, I'd make the colors Purple and Grey for the sake of familiarity. Con colors come with instinctive responses, and players new to the game might end up getting confused as they get used to the system we find natural by now.

I'd wait for tons of lowbies sending me "You have room 4 me on team" tells once they see I con purple. Otherwise this is a good idea.
