Soulbound Allegiance
They didn't change anything but add a note indicating how its been working.
OK, It just seems odd that this would be the only Purple Set that does not work when you are Exemplared.

I'm not really sure what its exemplar limitations are exactly. I think its meant mainly that it didnt work in pets that spawn lower than the caster (fire imps).
Does it still work for even level pets when exemplared down is a question perhaps someone else can answer.

This means it is useless in Tier 1 MM pets, as they at lvl 50 they will be lvl 49.

Personally I think it'd be a waste to slot SA into tier 1 pets. First choice slotting for me is always tier 3, unless for some reason I decide to slot a different set in the power.
I can see why the programming doesn't allow pets to maintain the enhancement bonuses. IIRC pets are not malefactored like the player, they are simply summoned according to the player's mal'ed level, not their true level.

I was thinking of 3 pets with the "chance for build up" proc.

I kind of like putting priority for my Tier 1 pets, myself. They're the 'bread and butter' of an MM for the most part. At least with Thugs it feels that way (though Tier 2 seems pretty outstanding too. So much to slot there).

That would be a 'No.' There are three threads on this subject (that I have seen) already, could we perhaps congregate our info in the thread in the Issue 15 Feedback Forums.

Added a note to pieces of the Soulbound Allegiance IO set that will warn the player that slotting this enhancement into a pet power that summons a pet that is lower than level 50 will result in the pet not benefiting from the effects of the enhancement.

Glad I never wasted my inf on it.
