on my mind/psi dom i have my slotted with 1 ACC IO and 5 Doctored Wounds. there really isn't a need to slot for endmod. if you don't like the 1 acc or don't have a lot of acc boosting set bonuses, i'd suggest frankenslotting with the 2 accurate healing sets (frankenslot because you won't get the recharge you can with DW)

You could always go with 5 piece Touch of the Nictus and a level 50 common rech IO. It'll net you some nice set bonuses, 88% +recharge, 68.9% +acc, and 97% +heal.
I like numina or Efficacy, depending on what you like more, healing or end. You can also frankenslot for a good mix of both.
I combined Touch of the Nictus with Efficiencies. I think 4 efficiencies and 2 Touch of the Nictus. It doubles the bonus I get from the Efficiencies I put into Stamina, and adds to my max HP total, as well as pretty much maxing out the enhancement on the power in all aspects. I mostly went in to enhance it, instead of putting in some mega crucial IO set bonus.

I went touch of the nictus heal, heal/recharge, and heal/accuracy, and efficacy adaptor end mod, end mod/recharge, end mod/recharge/accuracy. 40% accuracy, 75% heal, 75% end mod, 60% recharge.
I have my Drain Psyche slotted with:
Level 30 - Theft of the Essence: Acc/Heal
Level 40 - Touch of the Nictus: Acc/Heal
Level 40 - Doctored Wounds: Heal/Rech
Level 40 - Harmonized Healing: Heal/Rech
Level 40 - Numina's Convalescence: Heal/Rech
Level 40 - Miracle: Heal/Rech
46% accuracy, 101% healing, 93% recharge.

It depends.
1 how is your global accuracy doing ? If you have a decent level of bonus (45+) you don't need to worry. If you have less you may want more there.
2. Are you trying to get past a nuke crash or be a regen blaster ? Nuke crash you look at the end sets. Regen you look at the heal sets.
