challenge - Hellions that have gone to Hell

I want to do an arc with Hellions that have been turned into demons/devils.

I need character designs that look like they are/were Hellions - but demonic. I can do several, so I can have slightly modified ones up to very modified ones (and bosses).

How horrific can you make the Hellions look?

Can't you just put a Hellion vest and bandanna on a demon and that's that?
