Recharge Intensive Pet Set and Dark Servant
IIRC, if it says in-game that it should accept those sets, then it is most likely a typo.
Dark Servant, to my knowledge, doesn't have any powers that do damage - the main thing that RIP (I giggle every time I use it in this context) sets were designed to buff up (being that they, yanno, have +Damage mods).
It can't slot for something it doesn't have, or at least that's how I understand Pet sets working. Some of them however are bugged to do exactly that, which is a far worse problem then what we have here...
EDIT: Huh, faux pas on my part. I was unaware that it had Tenebrous Tentacles - which does indeed do damage as far as I know. But, it still doesn't accept straight Damage enhancements, so I'm not sure why it would say it takes RIP sets.
I haven't noticed Fluffy saying he accepts RIP sets, but just for the record, what AT are you? (MM, Corr, or Def?)
There are several powers identical between several ATs that accept different IO sets.

Hero Builder doesn't show Dark Servant taking Recharge Intensive Pet sets. Not many pets can take this. The only secondary under MM that can take both Pet and Recharge Intensive Pet is /Storm's Tornado.
I don't even think MM's primary pets can take RIP??
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
Gang war can take it. Of course, that is not one of the "standard" pets.
On my MM(Merc/Dark) Dark Servant says that it accepts Recharge Intensive Pet Sets. So I Bought a Complete set of Call to Arms and it does not accept them.
Should the Dark Servant Accept these sets? Is the text wrong? or is it a Bug?
I have notified support about the issue.
