Is there a list somewhere of all the various extras/add-ons available like powerslide (included on the CoH Collector's Edition DVD) and valkyrie (Mac), as well as promo costumes such as the freakshow from Comic Con '08? I am doing my best to "collect 'em all" but am not altogether sure what "all" entails at this point!

Thanks!

I looked at the links. I'll add this ::

The Pre-release CoV box set was released with two Arachnos helmets - 1 male and 1 female, but I think that there were actually four total and they were divided up by region or something. Also the pre-release CoV also had a Hero-Clics figure. It looks like they combined the whole set of what was available via the CoV pre-release in the CoV collector's edition box. It also came with pre-release beta access for CoV.

I think that they gave a way a PPD Hardsuit Costume at Pax-Con (or some such).

I can't remember what in-game stuff they got at Hero-Con other than beta-access.

As far as "must haves" for these boosters, etc., I would say that the Good versus Evil is the first one to go for. It includes the jump pack and the Pocket D Teleporter. I get more use out of those two then any of the other "extra" "booster" powers. It also comes with the Justice costume set.

You can't beat limited-fly at level 1. I don't know how many times that Jump Pack has gotten me out of trouble. You can fly up to the roof of City Hall in Atlas, get the badge there, and still have enough juice to fly to the top of the globe for that badge with one "use" of the jump pack -- if you time it right.

Being able to teleport on the Pocket D on the whim gives you quick access to Talos, Kings Row, and Founders Falls. (yeah, well if you are a villain...then Port Oakes, Sharkshead, and Saint Martial. )

The only hero-clix releases were:

CoH DVD Collectors Edition - Statesman, no Cape

CoH Regular Retail - Random from what was available to the CoV CE

CoV Collector's Edition - Arachnos: Lord Recluse, Ghost Widow (left), Black Scorpion, and Captain Mako. The Freedom Phalanx: Statesman, Manticore (left), and Positron.

The Pre-order for CoV did not come with a heroclix - there were four versions of the Pre-order code, which where Best Buy, Gamestop, Somewhere else I cannot recall, and "Everywhere Else" - there were four different helmets although they added one to the Ghost Widow helm edition so both guys and girls would have one for that code.

GvE was the edition of the game that got me started, so I've had the Pocket D teleporter and the jet pack since the beginning! I gotta agree - they are great to have as a lowbie!

I have three costumes; the freakshow from comic con (first comic con I ever attended!), the PPD suit which I traded a comic con code for, and a Harlequin costume I also traded for. Are there any others?

Note: Only the Blood Widow helmet came with two versions, one for female (the Blood Widow helmet) and one for male (a red Wolf Spider helmet). The others only had one helmet and it was the same for either gender.

No, the CoV CE does not come with any of the Pre-Order helmets.

Alt was referring to the Hero-clix figures, which he erroneously though were included in the pre-order.
