Red/Blue Side Co-op in Ritki War Zone for AE

In my experience, most players who take advantage of the opportunity arrive in already-formed groups, most often as a planned outing. As such, a full group comes in, plays until they're done, and doesn't return until the next planned meeting. It results in little interest or reason in standing around in that particular building on a daily basis.
yes the people standing in the AE building are those working on designing missions or between missions. Those running missions are in the mission zone.
I'm on Freedom too and at one point wanted to try and get in on some ship raids with my the-new 50 stalker. I'd go into the zone and it was just a ghost town. I don't think anyone hangs out in there unless they have something prearranged. Which is sad, it's a nice zone.

That's SUCH a shame. I love co-oping with other heroes 
. I guess I will have to wait till going rogue!
I was wondering what is with the lack of toons doing any Ae mishes in RWZ? It would be hella fun to run some AE mishes with some heroes mixed with villains...yet no one is ever in AE in RWZ...and I play on freedom! Maybe I'm missing something? Can one not have a co-op team for AE? Or do most individuals not know about this? Or care?
