Power sets? hummm. Yeah that's a toughy. He's a tough efficient captain with a high level of badassery.
He seems pretty good at dealing with people and manipulation, so Mind Control may be an option. Secondary, hmmmm

Another idea ... with the Rogue expansion coming down the line ... try Thug MM so he'll have 2 "Big Damn Guns" and a faithful crew. Then try your best to keep him as close to the middle of the road morality wise as you can. Anyhoo good luck.

I was actually thinking about that or just waiting till rogues comes out and just make a pistol wielder (I am kinda hoping they have single pistols as well cause im not into dual wielding that much
