Cannot Purchase Booster Pack

After quadrouple checking,. I had not applied the upgrade to my account yet, but even after doing so I was unable to purchase the cyborg pack.
You're basically allowed one purchase per 24 hour period per credit card on the NCSoft Store. It's supposed to prevent fraud.
You'll have to try again tomorrow and it'll most likely go through.
Weak.

It's designed to make buying lots of accounts/codes at once harder, which in turn throws up a barrier when Influence sellers try to register their accounts.
It also prevents somebody from using a stolen card and purchasing hundreds upon hundreds of codes.
It is annoying, but in NCSoft's business, not really unreasonable.
The reason is probably because they recently triple billed everyone for the magic pack (because of web page problems) and got a lot of complaints and had to give out a lot of refunds.
You should however be able to buy 2 items at once.

You can't please everyone, so lets concentrate on me.
This restriction has been in place LONG before the magic booster was released.

You can be double billed for your normal subscription if you change/update something as well.. I just went through that the other week.
So, I just puchased the magic booster, then went to do so for the cyborg too, and it said
"We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners. "
why would I not be able to purchase the second one? I definately have a VERY empty credit card, so thats not it. Is there some kinda process where you cannot buy both packs in one day? WTF.
