is there a black market for ilicit arcs yet?

I know there is a lesbian vampire arc banned.

I assume you can get a mission file, install it on your local computer and play it in test.

So is there a black market yet for trading these ilicit story arcs?

okay I normally don't push my arc - but with a character named Shadow Dancer and a zombie master, I have to get your take on my Arc - it is about a voodoo bocor named Grave Dancer working with the Skulls to summon zombies.
