Here is a picture of the super-adaptoid fighting the avengers. You can see how his body is made out of Captain America's chest, Hawkeye's mask, etc. So I would do a version of the adaptoid based on a group of Protector characters. So if you have a character you'd like to see used, go ahead and suggest it.

I still need reference for Ycebergg. I can take ref shots ingame if necessary.
Also I think I'm going to do this one as a 3d sculpt, so in the end it will either be a 3d render or a 2d/3d illustration. I'll use this thread to post wips as I go along. Kind of buried in work atm but hope to get going on it soon.

My deviant gallery passed 10k views around the same time as the 5th year cox celebration,so I was toying with the idea of doing something that would mark both occasions.
My favorite supervillain as a kid was the super-adaptoid, especially when it was fighting a group of heroes like the avengers and had a variety of costume pieces. So an idea I had would be to do a super-adaptoid piece based on characters from the Protector community, preferably very recognizable characters.
I would be looking for 5 or 6 characters, either all male or all female (not really interested in mixing gender). If people are interested, post your list of characters you'd like to see included and at the end of the week I'll tally the list and see what the concensus is.
