Did you publish a farm on one of those slots before the update on Tuesday? If so, there's a chance that it was applied with the slot permanence as stated by Positron in his letter.
If this isn't the case, then it's probably something that you can petition about for customer service

One thing I've tripped over sometimes is that the list of my own arcs is affected by the search terms. Make sure those are all clear. Did you have three arcs published before? If so, and one was banned, that would explain it. I'm surprised you didn't get any communication though. If it's not that, then it might be a bug. I'd /petition and try to sort it out.

check your email that you have tied to your account. See if you have a Nasty-Gram from NCsoft customer service.

Yeah...thanks, this was the issue. I changed my @global and had an old mission with my old name since I was using my new @global to search missions, this old one didn't pop up.
Keep getting message "You already have 3 published arcs and cannot publish any more." When I only have 2 arcs published.
Anyone else having this issue?
How do you know if you had a mission banned and slot taken away?
Is there some kind of offical notice? Cause I have not received anything.
