Critique my Fortuna plz
Well first off I need to know what you are wanting to achieve with this build.
First rule of build making is to not just pick every single purple and call it a build. Your build right now is ridiculously expensive and kind of overdone because you can get the best out of a Fortunata for much less.
I would say go back to the drawing board and start over more realistically, unless you have billions of infamy then in that case your build is fine to a point.
You have tons of recharge but you aren't capped to melee or ranged defense even with perma Mind Link.
"People love to talk, but hate to listen." Alice Duer Miller, American Author (1874-1942)
Indeed. it would definitely help to know what your goal was for the character.
Going off my impressions of the build itself... Are you level 50 already? Cause there are some powers that seem REALLY late in your build, TT:M at 49(!) for instance. I would drop CT:O at the level 2 slot, move Strike down and pick up TT:M at 4. If you really WANT CT:O you can put it at 49 instead.
You've also got 6 purple sets slotted, which is a huge waste IMO since you can only stack up to 5 like bonuses, and Purple bonuses are largely redundant. I would suggest one of two options: Drop the purple set in Lunge for the same slotting as Strike(5slot Crushing Impact) OR Drop the purple set in Aura of Confusion for 5 slots of Malaise's Illusion plus the Purple proc or a /recharge purple. (I would lean more towards Crushing Impact in Lunge, to keep the 5%ranged Defense from the confuse purple.)
I would also change the Mind Link slotting to L50 LoTG Defense, Defense/Recharge, Endurance/Recharge and the +Recharge Global. You only lost 0.4%defense but your shave the recharge down to 90.4seconds. (You could do better by just slotting LOTG, RedFort and GOTA Defense/Recharge and the LOTG +Recharge Global IMO. LOTG's bonuses are nothing all that special, and the frankenslotting will get Mind Link perma with some wiggle room.)
Where to start
1) to many melee attacks/not enough range attacks
(take subdue and dominate, and slot them for damgage
not imoble or hold)
2) bit to many purple sets (loss of bonus) as well
as lost oppertunity with some sets for good bonuses
(blessing of zepher, dont use just one, slot a full set
of 3)
3) Combat training: Offensive is offensive to most builds
past lv 22. Just say no (especily were the bonus you
would get from it is like 1/6th you "bonus" as listed in the
IO section (you have over 100% global and it would give
around 20 (if that)
4) Follow up if you use it should be slotted as an attack
with the possibiltiy of useing the guass proc for one slot
or use the guass set in Leadership (aka tactics) its a great
place for the full set, and that way you can accualy hit with
follow up (again if its one of the melee you keep)
5) Personaly Id use less AoEs and make sure you get some
ST powers in there, the AoE confuse and the AoE hold arnt
quite as good as the ST ones (the hold especaly true)
but this one is more a personal choice.
As others have said its better to go in knowing what you
intend to do for sets, working on your defences via IOs
might be smarter then just overloading stuff like rech
youll want a rechage in the 70-85 area, maybe a a little
higher but not much, and for global ACC 50% is great
more then that is realy overkill with possible exception
of pvp and your not set for that with this build.

with some of the differences in purples the only lost bonus is a 10% rechage
(becuase range and confuse sets arn't the same as the hold,
pbaoe, target aoe, and melee sets (well untill that 5th slot))

not a bad way though I'd drop lunge for dominate personaly
Or just use 4 purples in lunge and 2 "others" as you will still get
those bonuses except that 10% rechage for the 5th IO

I'd not drop confuse purple for reason you listed
Totally forgot to put for what use it was, sorry all. I was wanting to make this a farming toon, thus all the AOE's.

Sorry to have to tell you then, youve chosen a glue factory horse for that job.
For farming you need the abilty to do heavy AoE damage fast and safe. Brutes
can do the Heavy damage and often are safe, Doms also can open up heavy
damage with dominate going, and with the right controls going are safe. Now
the Forts can be fairly safe its that lack of "heavy" damage that makes them
sub par farmers. Not to say a Fort wouldn't be a nice assisance to a farm but
you'll find those SS/Fire brutes and fire/psi doms still far out farming what your
fort can do.
Any other suggestions?
