I don't play on Virtue much, so I can't offer much help. At the same time, I have to echo Averick a little bit.
Whenever I DO visit Virtue, finding RP is typically as simple as walking out into Atlas Plaza and striking up a conversation.
I'd offer two pieces of advice:
1) Post this in the Virtue forum instead of the Roleplaying forum. Despite the name of this particular forum, what you really want is to tell people on your server about your supergroup and why you're recruiting and who is a good fit.
2) Be a little more clear about why it is that you're posting. I sort of have the impression that the problem you're attempting to solve is not "where is the RP?" it's "Where are the people who would be willing to engage with or even become players in our supergroup's story?"
Those people will be found in the server forum.

Try posting on the Virtue boards, there are many RP SGs looking for more contacts.
If you guys were playing villains, I'd invite you to the Supreme Society. Of course, if you do decide to roll evil just look me up at @Weatherby Goode and I can give you the grand tour. We meet twice a week for IC meetings and events and we've got a great crew of talented RPers and some fantastic characters and plots running!
I agree with what has been said, RP is alive and well on Virtue. Post on the Virtue board and you'll be swimming in RP contacts.

What have you done so far to look? Have you posted in the Virtue forum sections? Have you looked for RP SGs and VGs in the SGs and VGs threads?
Have you sent a broadcast message in random zones asking for invites to RP teams?
I want to help, truly, to undo any of the damage that SARCASTIC MAN [TM] may have done.
A friend of mine and I are nearing our 9 month vet reward, and still have yet to find "good" RP. We are not looking for ERP, just good, steady RP or MRP. Niether her or I know enough people, or have the patience needed to form a RP community, but we know one's out there for us to break into.
We have a base now that has all the goodies, but lack RP'ers or coalitions to fill it. I plan to begin recruiting for our SG now that we have the influence and prestige to do that, but I want to be involved in the community before taking on people in Atlas (probably costume/bio contests). Our SG is employed by MAGI and the Midnight Club to handle things outside of their jurisdictions. And all that is still up in the air if we need to fit in with pre-existing RP. just throwing this out there, as we have grown tired...and often disgusted by trying to start up or join in the RP in Pocket D.
