yup, pick an avatar that you're happy with. Mine's been the Magdalena for like.. forever, cause she's my favorite comic book char. Doesn't mean that's my gender. Same with most of my chars. All female except for one or two guys. But I'm a guy, there's a few people from the boards that can confirm that one. lol

You should always make a character what the character should be.
What you are in real life has nothing to do with it.
On the subject of avatars, am I the only person on these boards who actually uses a picture of himself as his avatar? I feel so alone...
Although, I do agree with everyone else, use whatever you want to look at. I just happen to have a self portrait that I really like the look of, so I use it as my avatar just about everywhere.

partially, before I stamp tartyrsause down to a look ... (* and mostly cuz they have all the cool costumes *) ..I was toying with different body types as well as females or small pixie females... err or bunny ear women... hmm...
but really, being a guy myself.. should I make an avatar of a half naked woman or a one of a half naked 95 year old man??...
