Things in your own arcs that surprised you in play

In my Easter arc I created some small robotic rabbits and made them a shade of brown that looked "chocolate" to me. When I was started actually testing the mission, I soon realised that the map I picked used a very similar shade of brown both for dirt outside and the interior walls of a building. So I kept getting startled by these bunnies popping out of seemingly nowhere because they blended in so well it became natural camo.

What sort of cool unexpected things like that have happened to others? Some map / custom / timing synergy that just produced a totally unintended, but good, effect that you wish you could have claimed credit for.

I had two EBs, an enemy and helper. At the time they both had their self-rezz powers.

The ally and I killed the EB. EB rezzed and suddenly killed the ally. The ally rezzed and killed the EB again on her own.

I randomly picked a Tech map for the final mission in an arc I had made and made it so that, after you accessed a computer terminal, a boss would spawn somewhere else on the map that you had to fight. It ended up that the boss would always spawn in the same room that the computer was in, so I was able to make a neat little "ambush" scenario.

No idea if it's cool. But I made an EB that hit for 1570something points of damage through my Brute's shields. Said Brute only has 1499 HP. Needless to say I scrapped that EB right away.

Electrical powers are not thematic, just annoying.

Hostages on one of the small office maps can rescue themselves somehow. Not sure how this worked, I loaded the mish and got "Mission Complete!" inside five seconds. Never ever got to the floor with the hostage.

Blaster powers give enemies Defiance. /Ninjutsu gives enemies double damage or something. AR/Nin minions make being a Dom very, very unfun.

On the flip side, LTs with Empathy as a secondary make being a Dom (with Confuse) rather amusing.

Except for Archery. I have Archery/TA LTs who are held easily.

[/ QUOTE ]Yeah, I'm finding my Elec Armor/Elec Assault AV Brute almost ridiculous.
