Anniversary Badges Issued to past/future toons

Veteran badges = past time on the account.
Anniversary badges = existing and being active (or at least logging on) during an actual time.
They're two different things, and frankly, no, I don't want the anniversary badges on my characters that weren't around for that anniversary.
i agree with bill on this one. remember that our toons are suppossed to be separate entities. not the same person even though they come from the same mind.

While I do understand Bill's point of view, I wouldn't object to seeing anniversary badges made account wide.
Of course I have to admit it's because I want the 5th column gladiator. Since my desire is purely selfish I can't support the OP's suggestion.

I can just see that number of players with the with 1st Anniversary badge going up and a lot of: "I'm not a newbie. I just closed my account for some time." that or an actual *new* player with that badge saying, "How do I get to X zone? I haven't played this game for about 3 to 4 years." Just so they don't sound like a complete newb.
Granted we get that now... So, how's it over there on EBay?
I would personally like to see availability of these badges made account-wide, and re-distributed to the people who were on at the time they were issued.
Why not? Veteran badges do it. The new Architect badges do it. So why not the anniversary badges?
It tortures someone like me to see all those badges on my past toons, that I choose not to delete ONLY because they have those badges. I even have the proof on two of my toons that I was on during the times that quite a few of the anniversary badges were issued.
