They didn't compete in the tourney so they don't have a standing. They will have to make a challenge to enter the ladder.
We need to tie up a few loose ends that didn't get voted on.

Forfeits: If a team moves up because of a forfeit win, they shouldn't be able to move up again if they win by forfeit against the same team. (I don't think a team that wins by forfeit should move up, but rather a team that loses by forfeit should move down. That should help to reduce forfeits and prevent situations where a team might think it's in their best interest to forfeit a match (e.g., let's forfeit to the #3 team, so they jump over the #2 team)).

Renegades votes no to moving down due to a forfeit. If we vote this is people will just feild lolzy teams and play pointless matches so they don't have to move down. I've never seen a forfiet that wasn't legit.
The only other group that kinda voted on this was dUmb and you voted yes correct?
Renegades votes no to re-instating the one week waiting period before re-challenging the group you just fought. I'd like to see some sort of rule here but not that one.
No I don't vote on behalf of dUmb _slax does. I just said it made sense to me. Thats all... How ever I do see your point as well. Only thing is who's to say what is a lol team.

Woah, son. RPvPH is not AKA virtuous vangaurd. They are two separate entities. Note that the VV roster and RPvPH roster are totally different.
