That would be nice. It is one of the reasons that I will click on an Ally or Pet to get there target, then switch to it myself so that I can see those things.
There's an option to set it to always display enemy health bars.

No there isn't. The only always on health bar option is for players. Enemies only have Mouseover, Selected, Mouseover or selected and hidden.

Been playing for about a month and this is probably my biggest complaint. It's inexcusable.
I'd like to see a way to improve the health bar options. Sometimes its nice when bodyguarding to just target one of my bots and use their target as my target, however I don't get either a health bar in the target window or an overhead target for the enemy this way.
Maybe an options for Enemy Health bars in party combat or instead of just on mouseover or target, add target of friend/henchmen.
