Is the destroyed tech lab available? [The Code Merlin arc one]

I haven't noticed personally, but is the Superadine drug factory there?

The warehouse map with those huge silos and tables with boxes full of superadine.

Edit:
Also the CoV water treatment plant map is missing. Has anyone seen this or is it just not there?

I'm trying to find the map from Jim Temblor's 3rd mission in his arc in Faultline.

It is the map that starts you off in the sewers fighting Arachnos, then exits to an area by the water where you fight Nocturne and break her "Escape Submersible"

I'm looking for the Abandoned Tech Map that is just the single boss room. I know I've run into it in MA missions, I just can't find it myself. If you've run the whole Faultline arc, the map consists of just the one room where you fight Captain Castillo.

Unique - Outdoor - St. Martial - The "something". I forget the name. But if you get as far as Unique - Outdoor - St. Martial, the "something" will be obvious.

I'm looking for the Carnival of Shadows Warehouse map that I believe can be found in one of Hardcase's (or another contact in St. Martial) story arcs on the Villain side. Is that available anywhere?
