It's simple. Someone posts a sentence, and the next poster uses the last word or variation of it from the previous sentence somewhere within a new sentence, and so on. Doesn't matter if it's a statement or a question, just as long as the last word of the previous post is in there somewhere.
Example: First post "I hope this game doesn't bomb"
Next post could be "Bombs away!"
Then "Step away from the cookie"
