Nike IX origin story

Oh I redid it with a friend of mine on test like a week ago, I like the fixes you put in ^.^

Thanks . I got a few more pieces of feedback on live the focused on things I was still slightly hesitant about. Combined with some good ideas over on the MA turn-offs thread I think I've got all the dialogue to hang together no matter how events proceed. I think its pretty much fully complete at this stage. Now I'm just waiting for the indexer to run so it shows up as about page 3-4 instead of page 38.
This was a great arc! Makes mine look amateurish, lol. Now I have to go back and work on a better one, this has given me something to apsire to. I love the changing look of her through the missions from street clothes, to dress, to tattered dress, to dress almost gone, to heroine. It was a nice touch. Too bad we can't do a transformation animation.

*cough* Magic Booster...
"City of Heroes. April 27, 2004 - August 31, 2012. Obliterated not with a weapon of mass destruction, not by an all-powerful supervillain... but by a cold-hearted and cowardly corporate suck-up."

[/ QUOTE ]But there's nothing in MA currently that would allow for that. I have ideas for stories that just cannot be done with the current build.
I'll have to try it out next time I'm online. My SG mates have been keeping me busy with their arcs the past two nights, although I got the chance for two of them to try out my Brass Reaver arc and they really loved it.
Maybe we should start Art forum regular MA list.
That's true, there's no code to switch costumes cos mobs only have one costume.
Durr.
Where's pohsyb? Can we get a trigger to switch mobs, like the Council do occasionally (turn into Warwolves?)

That would force me to immediately do the story arc surrounding around Rebecca's and Sarix's souls merging into one to create Sarix Morrison. Would use it for the Rebecca (Full human) to Sarix (Full demon) transformation in the first mission.
I really want to be able to put in Scenes though...
I was able to manage a costume change, sorta. It happens off screen of course, but if you have a really good grip on where the spawn points are on a map you can fake it .
The council guys don't actually costume change - they fire off a power that kills themselves and summons another mob on that spot (which is why the life bar 'resets'). The Redcaps have that trick, while the Malta Group Hercules and some of the shadow shard critters have a version where two of them combine". The customer critter generator is going to have to become MUCH more sophisticated before we're gonna be able to tap into such behaviors.
Hey I'd be satisfied just swapping one mob for another.
And yes... Nike's "costume changes" were very well done.

I was thinking something along the lines of the Demon Paragon Protectors changing as you fight them.
After a brief period of the arc being shut down (I dared to use Prisoners ), Taking Flight (#1166) is open to the public again with new bosses, fresh clues, and cleaner event chains to give the bad guys their due. Is it a Nemesis Polt? Is it a Nictus Scheme? Is it the unstopable power of peanut butter AND chocolate? You decide!
LOVELY!
