Introducing Vectorman!

Actually he needs no introductions as I've posted the b&w ink version a long while back. Yeah, I never got around to color it until Christmas break, partially cause of work, but mostly because there was a new technique I had to learn before attempting this.

Hopefully, y'all like... I'm getting this printed myself as a poster to hang on my wall!

As for the future, I've already got another drawing in the works, which shouldn't take as long to complete...maybe.

Thanks both of you. As far as commisions go, I'm not yet ready to get back into drawing professionally yet.

I've been kinda out of the art scene for 3 years. For now this was just a learning process with new techniques. I'm not kidding about the poster (the size of the download is poster size 22x24 inches at 300 dpi), I already have the print ordered and the frame for it bought.

The next two projects I've got lined up will be basically a refinement of what I've learned, as well as a test of how fast I can get a project done now, and how well I can balance time creating art and my 9-5 job. After that, who knows, though I'll likely do one more gift art before I announce anything.

I just really like the "tech" interpretation of "dark" powers It was instantly recognizable.

I just realized looking at the contents of my room in that picture the reasons why I don't have a girlfriend. Anyway the next picture I do, I plan to place over my bed.

Dude if any girl you bring into your room *doesn't* like anything you've got on display, that's not the girl for you.

I saw way too many long-time comic book fans and geeks have to bring their comic collections and toys around to sell them because their girlfriend/fiancee/wife "didn't want me to have them any more".

Why marry her?!
