Disable the UI.
Have you considered trying to use demorecord to capture your video?
Then you can replay it without all of the extra windows/numbers/chat bubbles popping up around you.
Check out Zloth's demo launcher... That's good stuff.

I looked for how to disable the UI. All I saw was under Graphic options at the top of the list was "Screen/UI Resolution" which only lets me choose a setting, not disable.
How do I disable that UI?

/bind f12 ++disable2d
then hit F12 to toggle the UI off and on.

Yeah, but I like that. It gets so I don't want to go anywhere else because it feels like no one replies for months. I go to Adobe's site with a Flash question and I'm lucky to get a reply. I go here and I can usually get a reply on the same day. Sometimes even more than one reply!
Yeah! And, if you're real lucky, they will even agree. 
Demo recording is good stuff for some things, not so good for others. Depends on what you are recording.
demos are great for donuts, especially the emote kind and the one in faultline 
And turning the Atlas globe into a giant donut - though that takes more work.

I have the FRAPS program to record the game. However, it records EVERYTHING on the screen except the mouse pointer.
I went into the COH options and turned off all the extra screen stuff I could find, such as reticals. obviously I clicked off NAV and Chat windows and such.
BUT, their are still a few things that still show like the damage numbers when attacking the enemy, and nav points.
Is there an option to turn off ALL on screen help pop-ups so I can get a clean record?
