I have seen some first levels in Atlas Park and Galaxy City. Those heroes passed on the tutorial (and the chance to 'rescue' flower knight). I'd say a minimum of 98% do the tut, tho.
Yeah, but now you've seen what happens to the ones that get away with that! 
I actually play on all the servers, though I only have middle to high level toons on Triumph, Guardian, Infinity, Protector, and Virtue. I'm kind of a nomad. 
To be honest, the idea about Flower Knight being an Agent of Ouroboros came to me because we see her there both in COV and COH.
I have an idea about how it came about. I may even write about it someday.

I was hoping that electric melee would get ported over to tanks, but it's not likely to happen in the near future. 
I was hoping that maybe some people would help me run some task forces when I get her up to the proper level ... Hope definitely has to do Synapse as well as the RWZ one.

What levels are those 'Hopes'? What ATs?
I will start a Toon and join her. My toon will definately be a tech origin. Tanker if hero, MM if villain. Either way, will be named 'Hopeful Mech' with its own 'hopeful' bio.

Hope is a willpower/em tank.
I keep hoping that they're going to port electric melee over to heroside so i've not done much with her yet..

Right now, I have Hope on hold, LC. I'm not really all that enthusiastic about Energy Melee yet ... I'm hoping that Electric Melee will make it in the next round of powerset proliferation...

The Acolyte behind Mender Roebuck (the store in Ouroboros) actually has a physical look that somewhat matches my view of Colin.

I think the npc menders in Ouroboros change appearance when nobody is looking. Can you display a pic or something? Physical description would be nice.

Just look at the Mastermind's pets (especially the 'thugs' powerset). When a 'thug' mastermind calls his henchmen; he'll get a different one from the last time.
NPCs not named (I think) do not exist except as a place holder. Non-combatatnt NPCs are background and exist ONLY when a PC is around to see them, thus they may well change appearance between encounters.
In fact, I have seen some NPCs (and MM pets) simoteneously in two computers and THEY were different even though they were the SAME NPC.

Due to a need to delete unused toons, I've deleted Miss Shocker from Guardian.
If you want a companion, I'm sure you'll have no trouble getting a Pug.

Sorry hadn't run Hope yet, but she really doesn't feel right as an energy melee tank.. she truly needs to be an electric melee tank... but that probably won't happen till I15 at the earliest...
