Can you create a timed bind???
No it is possible to put in an actual timer. You can however execute one power and then queue another in the same bind. E.g:
/bind X "powexecname unstoppable$$powqueuename demonic aura"
Anything else would most likely constitute automated software, also known as a "bot". Which is illegal according to the EULA.
I just noticed that you wanted to run the second power 160 seconds later, I first read it as 10 sec.
In which case the bind above would probably be even less useful
In any event, what you're asking is impossible to automate.

Main Villain: Elenor Seahawk (Mastermind lvl 44; Necromancy/Poison)

Fight my Brute: SMASH
Actually, some 3rd party macro programs will handle that type of thing... I use a Belkin Nostromo N52 game pad for most of my controls and it will set up complex macros with built in delays. I hadn't thought of that application but it should work, just create a macro in the controller's software to do one thing, then a delay of x seconds and do another.
I've used it to set up a "re-toggle" macro for my defenders, it activates all of my toggles with one key. To do this, first I bind the various powers to keys, for example, bind a "powexec_toggle_on assault" and bind t "powexec_toggle_on tactics". Then, in the controller's software I make a macro that first hits "a", then hits "t". Bingo, when I hit that key on the controller it turns on Assault then Tactics. You can set it up with a time delay between the two actions as well.
So, while the game itself won't let you do things like that some game controllers have macro software that will.
COH has just been murdered by NCSoft. http://www.change.org/petitions/ncso...city-of-heroes
Cool thanks guys... this was actually just an optimistic post as I had figured that it would be counted as some form of bot, however, I had not even thought of using an actual macro... now to get my mouse's macros do do it..... hmmm....
Excellent already downloaded a program and got it going HOORAH FOR NO MORE UNSTOP SUICIDES
Much appreciated

By using such software you're essentially violating the EULA, you do know that, right?

Pretty much by definition, a "macro" requires human input, at the least to start it.
I guess it could be a question of "how complicated does a macro have to be to turn from an input aid into an automatic player", but in all cases where you execute events once, I believe it is generally considered as an input aid.
For example: a SS/Fire Brute creates a macro where he spams Footstomp, "target closest", his patron AoE Immob, and Burn, in that order, along with a few more repetitions of Footstomp. He sets up the macro so that it runs repeatedly, and parks the character in an outdoor spawn area where patrols may go by. He's in a Task Force so he doesn't get disconnected. That's "botting".
If, OTOH, he sets up the macro to run once on a keypress, and just uses it so he doesn't have to hit 4 buttons, that's an input aid since every time it's fired it's under human direction.
I don't think there's going to be any problems with this as far as the EULA goes, because he's still going to be playing while this timed macro is running.
Just post a PM to Lighthouse if this doesn't violate the EULA, but it would be impossible to enforce if it violates the EULA.
The first step in being sane is to admit that you are insane.
Hey gang,
Sorry if this has been posted somewhere but I get lost in the world of bind guides so I'm going to go ahead and put this out there...
This interest has come from poor use of Unstoppable on my part which has ended in a few suicides.
I was just wondering if it would be possible to create a bind where you popped unstoppable and then 160seconds later demonic aura was popped.
Is this even possible? If so, I'd love to know the bind....
Thanks
