Ok let me rephrase this some. I am not looking for a farm build. I am looking for a powerful build. A build designed for PvE. Thank you sooo much guys.
Fire/Kins are mainly used for farming so I don't know why you would be making one not for farming because that's what they do best Fire/Kin is extremely slow until lvl 32, then you can start running missions on invincible, then at 38 it becomes insane especially in large groups.
Anyways, here's a build that I use for my fire/kin excluding slots.

They are? You don't? Maybe people would make one because because they want to play one? I love my fire/kin. I made her because I'm a big fan of trollers, and of kinetics, and I didn't make her for farming. I have a well rounded troller who does very well with all missions.
To the OP, don't let people make you think they're only good for farming. Built right they are highly effective and really fun in every situation.

Well spoken. A good fire/kin is almost a jack-of-all-trades. I love mine, I can do everything with him besides PvP.
