The basic idea is that she is a college student/animal rights activist, who is studying to become a marine biologist. She was working her way through school with various part-time jobs including a pet store clerk. One day, there was a accident near the store involving some chemical waste. You can guess the rest.
She is a FF/Sonic defender. I imagine her battle cry involves "flushing" the bad guys.

Ok, I decided to try my hand to see what I could pull off. No name, as I don't have a concept to fit with her, but I was trying to see how close I could approximate a fish.

I got to the point of "you know, if you squint really hard, then maybe a little bit".
I had this same problem trying to come up with a "creature from the black lagoon" style of villain. I ended up with something that was really only creaturish if you used your imagination. *heh*

I'm curious what elements you used for Ms. Storm's face. Take away the horns and the mohawk and paste it onto a huge frame and that's a pretty good approximation of what I was hoping to accomplish for the "Creature" look.

For some reason, this thread didn't show up as updated for me until just now.
Give it a couple of days. It's hard to take an abstract concept and embody it in a costume, unless you've just deliberately made it easy by choosing Patriotism or something.
