No offense, but what version of the game are you playing?
As far as I know, the Thigh-High boots are still in game.

This is in reference to the fact that the Thigh-High Stilettos were (up until I12) slightly flared at the tops, rather than skintight all the way up. We, uh, liked them better the way they were.
